In this section of the webtool you will find the reporting outputs produced specifically for the Post-acute Organisational Audit in 2015. This audit wasa the first of its kind and was carried out in two phases. The first phase obtained information from Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in England, Local Health Boards (LHBs) in Wales and Local Commissioning Groups (LCGs) in Northern Ireland on what post-acute stroke services were commissioned (provided) and the second collected structural data from all identified post-acute stroke services on the make-up of their service.

This section contains services specific reports for all services which participated in the audit of post-acute stroke service providers (Phase 2). Each report gives service level results benchmarked against national averages to enable comparison in performance and aid service improvement.
