SSNAP is hiring an Associate Director (Post-Acute) to provide clinical leadership on post-acute initiatives. We are looking for an exceptional and experienced stroke clinician with a record of involvement in clinical audit and peer review, with particular expertise in the post-acute setting.

Information on Atrial fibrillation (AF) management: AF (an irregular heartbeat) is one of the leading causes of stroke. The ‘Know your Pulse’ campaign offers practical advice on how to check your pulse and provides other important information on managing AF.

British Association of Stroke Physicians (BASP): BASP helps to promote better care for people with stroke in the UK. Their website includes a patient and carer page which includes useful information on stroke care management.
